In advance of the release of the new Reckless Love album, “Spirit”, frontman Olli kindly took some time to speak to us at Rock-Zone UK. He talked about life in Reckless Love, why he is thrilled to be doing what he is, why the band feel that album number three is their best yet (and we agree – our review is here https://www.rock-zone.co.uk/2013/08/04/reckless-love-spirit/ ) and the difficulties of keeping your hair blonde whilst making a video involving throwing buckets of pink paint around!
For listeners under 18, please be aware that Olli drops the “F bomb” a couple of times – hardware issues meant that we couldn’t beep them out this time.
The new album is out in Europe on 30th August and in the UK on 2nd September (via Spinefarm Records) and builds on the successes of their first two. This really is the spiritual heir to the classics of the 80s (including “Hysteria”!) – get your copy pre-ordered now!
