The Rolling Stones have confirmed they will play four shows this year – two in London and two in New Jersey.
The dates are: London O2 Arena November 25 and 29, and Newark Prudential Center December 13 and 15.
General tickets for the London shows go on sale on October 19 at 9am (GMT). Pre-sale tickets for the dates are already available… but only if you’ve got an American Express card. Tickets for the US shows will be available to buy on October 26, with a pre-sale offer beginning on the 20th.
Hospitality packages are also on offer, including one that includes a specially designed three-course dinner by Michelin Star Chef, Angela Hartnett.
Quoting an unnamed source, Billboard said the Stones will be paid £15.7 million for the four shows. They are the first concerts they’ve played since their A Bigger Bang world tour, which ended in 2007.
Last week the 50-year-old band released Doom And Gloom, their first new material since 2005. The track will be included on a new greatest hits compilation in November titled GRRR!. The collection will also feature another new song, One More Shot.
