The classic Guns N Roses line-upwill get back together at the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame next year.
At least, thats what the organisers are hoping
Speaking onEddie Trunk Live, Hall Of Fame CEO Joel Peresman said:
Who will be invited, obviously, is the original five [who recorded theAppetite For Destruction album] and [keyboardist] Dizzy [Reed] and [drummer] Matt [Sorum].
Peresman went on to say: All [members of Guns N Roses] have RSVPd that they will show.
So that means Axl Rose, Slash, Izzy Stradlin, Duff McKagan, Steven Adler, plus Reed and Sorum (who joined GNR in 1990) will be inducted into the Hall Of Fame during the April 14 fandango in Cleveland, Ohio.
But that doesnt necessarily mean that any or all the above will actually beattending the ceremony
Slash recently Tweeted: For the record, I didnt RSVP, or in any way commit to attending the RRHF.
And in an interview with theLA Times, Axl commented:
There is no plan yet. There really is no plan. Were still busy with this line-up. Were gonna be busy were gonna be busy all next year. Well be putting out new stuff as soon as we can figure out what our deal is with labels, blah-blah-blah.
Regardless, Peresman insisted on Trunks show: Everyones said theyre coming.
In other news, Guns N Roses are to broadcast their show at The Joint in Las Vegas on Friday, December 30 live online and itll be a pay-per-view event.
