Jon Bon Jovi has just opened a restaurant in New Jersey but he doesnt intend to become a celebrity chef, but wants to help those on low income.
Called Soul Kitchen, it has a pay what you can policy, So if youre unable to afford a meal, then you can work off the cost as a volunteer.
The restaurant serves healthy, organic food, and says Bon Jovi: At a time when one in five households are living at or below the poverty level, and at a time when one out of six Americans is food insecure, this is a restaurant whose time has come. This is a place based on and built on community by and for the community.
